Football famous player Ronaldo full name is Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro. He was born on feb 5, 1985 in Madeira, Portugal. Cristiano is the fourth youngest child of his family. His mother was a cook and his father was a gardener. Cristiano Ronaldo has an elder brother, Hugo and two elder sisters Elma and Liliana Catia. When Cristiano Ronaldo was eight years old his father Jose Dinis Aveiro started working as a kit man at the football team Andorinha. His height is 185cm (in meters – 1.85m, in Feet Inches – 6′ 1″), eye color – Hazel Brown, hair color – black, position – forward.

Cristiano Ronaldo was born with a natural ability in game which got noticed by Sporting CP’s youth academy and started playing football professionally with Sporting CP in Portugal before joining Manchester United in 2003.

Ronaldo did not ever use alcohol since his father Jose Dinis Aveiro died at the age of 52 due to alcohol consumption caused his liver failure. His mother shared through her book Mother Courage that due to poverty she considered terminating her pregnancy and husband’s health issues.

There has been a story behind his name which Cristiano revealed himself in an interview that his name Cristiano was given to him after Ronald Reagan because his father liked him, he was a former President of America and he had a strong belief that his name is impressive and will leave a good impression among people.

Cristiano Ronaldo was diagnosed as having tachycardia disease, which is a condition characterized by a heartbeat that was over 100 beats per minute. He had gone under a heart surgery when he was 15 years old because this could have been a cause of stroke or heart failure. His mother told the Daily Mail in 2009 that the doctors “used a sort of laser to cauterize the origin of the problem” and that “he was operated on in the morning and came out at the end of the afternoon.” He returned to playing soccer shortly after the operation. The first international debut he made in August 2003 where he played for Portugal against Kazakhstan. 

He looks up to Luis Figo as his idol. He was chosen for the Portuguese national squad after that. 

Cristiano Ronaldo is a forward for Al Nassr and the Portugal national team. He is a Portuguese professional football player. Before joining Real Madrid in 2009, he enjoyed six productive seasons with the team. There, he proved himself to be one of the best players in the world.

Ronaldo moved to Juventus in 2018, where he won two Series A titles before returning to Manchester United in 2021. With 822 goals from 1148 games, Cristiano Ronaldo leads the world in goal scoring. He is not only a world class player but also a successful businessman. His own brand CR7 is well known for apparel, footwear, fragrance, eyewear, hotels, gyms and more. 

Cristiano Ronaldo likes to cook in his spare time. He said in an interview that he prepares dinner before heading to soccer practice. Cristiano rarely has free time to watch TV because most of the time he remains busy in work out. He claims he enjoys watching a local Portuguese game show that primarily consists of trivia questions if he has the time to watch it. Cristiano is a voracious learner who enjoys discovering new things every day.  

Cristiano Ronaldo is the father of five children twins Eva Maria and Mateo through surrogate, daughters Alana Martina and Bella Esmeralda with girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez and son Cristiano Jr whose mother’s identity has not been disclosed. 

Cristiano Ronaldo also believes in helping people who are in need, that’s the reason he flew to Indonesia when the tsunami struck South East Asia to aid those people whose life got affected badly because of that. He auctioned off few items to aid the people there.
